Doctor-Patient Relationship

The doctor-patient relationship is between you and the healthcare provider you choose. Health Bridge is not a party to this relationship and is not responsible for the medical services provided.

No Guarantees

While we strive to connect you with qualified healthcare providers, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment results.

Pricing Transparency

All fees are displayed upfront before booking. Prices may vary by healthcare provider, location, and service type.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges for services booked.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service and provider. Generally, cancellations made 24 hours or more before appointments are eligible for full refunds. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

Platform Fees

Health Bridge may charge service fees for facilitating bookings and transactions. These fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.

You agree not to: (1) Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; (2) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; (3) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; (4) Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation; (5) Post or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

You may not: (6) Scrape, copy, or download content without permission; (7) Use automated systems to access the platform; (8) Share your account credentials with others; (9) Submit false reviews or ratings; (10) Use the platform to spam, harass, or abuse others.

Platform Content

All content on Health Bridge, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and functionality, is owned by Health Bridge or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

User Content

By submitting content (reviews, photos, information), you grant Health Bridge a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for platform operations.
